3. Uploading the Payment on the same page where the Mandate is downloaded
4. Download the Electronic Certificate from the e-mail sent by NAIS
5. Have a functional device (Computer, Laptop, Tablet, etc.) in your environment to access Bills.al.
5. Be equipped by the Central Invoice Platform of the Tax Administration (https://efiskalizimi-app.tatime.gov.al/self-care/ ) with fiscalisation data for your NIPT: Activity Site Code and Operator Code.
