BNT Electronics operates under https://www.bntelectronics.com (the “Site”) and has developed the mobile app eBills (the “App”) under (https://www.ebills.al). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.
We use your Personal Information only for providing the fiscalization service of invoices and declaration to the Tax Authority of Albania under Law no. 87/2019, dated 18.12.2019 “On the invoice and the circulation monitoring system”, published in the Official Gazette No. 3, dated 20.01.2020. By using eBills Android (https://www.ebills.al), you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information Collection And Use
While using our App, we may ask you to provide inside the app with certain personally identifiable information that can need to used for successful generation of your invoices, including all necessary financial data. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your business (“Personal Information”). The App stores all data locally and the Company does not store any of the data of the users.
Log Data
We do not collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit the App.
Communications
We may use your e-mail to contact you regarding your licensing or mandatory updates for the app in order to ensure successful declaration of your invoices and taxes.
Cookies
Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. The app does not collect any cookies.
Security
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Each data that is sent to the Tax Authority is signed digitally with the user’s unique digital certificate to ensure security of the message.
